Terms
These terms apply to any portrait you buy from Astral, as they stand on the day you pay.
What Astral provides
Astral calculates a natal chart from the birth details you supply and produces a written personality portrait from it, in English and in Mongolian.
- Essential — 5,000₮, about 600–800 words. Usually under a minute.
- Premium — 10,000₮, about 1,200–1,400 words. Usually a minute or two.
Generation times are expectations, not commitments. There are no other products. A reader who bought the Essential portrait may have the Premium one written as well for 5,000₮ — the difference between the two prices. That is a second purchase and a second portrait; the one already paid for is not replaced, rewritten or removed, and both stay reachable at the same private link.
What a portrait is for
A portrait is written for reflection and self-recognition. It is not a diagnosis, not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and not a prediction of events. Do not use it to make decisions that need a professional.
Accuracy and uncertainty
The chart calculation is deterministic and reproducible. The written portrait is generated text and is not a statement of fact about you. When your birth time is not confidently known, Astral omits the parts of the chart that depend on it rather than estimating them, and the reading is correspondingly narrower.
The Mongolian text is produced by a model from the English portrait. It has not been reviewed by a Mongolian editor, and no claim is made about its quality.
Payment
A portrait is paid for before it is written. You pay by QPay QR code, from your own banking app, through the payment provider wire.mn. The prices above are the whole of what is charged. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no stored payment method.
Writing begins only once Astral's own server has confirmed with the payment provider that the money arrived, and for the amount that was asked. Nothing your browser says about payment starts a portrait.
If payment succeeds and the writing does not, your request is kept and the portrait is written later. You are never charged a second time for the same portrait, and reopening your link resumes it. The usual cause is one of the model providers being briefly unavailable, which delays your portrait rather than costing you it.
If it still cannot be completed, the reading stops retrying and waits for a person. You will be told so on the page, and you can reach Astral by messaging Astral.mn on Facebook, or by calling +976 9595 2001.
Your link is your only receipt. Astral has no accounts, asks for no email address and sends nothing. The link is stored in the browser you bought from and is in the address bar; keep it. On a different device, with no copy of the link, there is currently no way to recover a purchase.
Refunds are not automatic and are not promised in advance. The payment provider offers no refund facility, so a refund is a bank transfer made by hand. Astral's answer to a portrait that has not arrived is to write it, not to cancel it. If you would rather not wait, message Astral.mn on Facebook or call +976 9595 2001; refunds are handled individually and personally, case by case.
Your reading
A completed reading is reachable through an unguessable private link. Astral does not publish your reading and does not share it with anyone. You may make an image of a single line from your portrait to share yourself; it carries no name, no birth details and no link. Treat the link itself as private: anyone who has it can read the whole portrait.
Who may buy one
You need to be able to make this purchase yourself. Astral does not ask your age and does not use it — the portrait is written the same way whoever reads it — but if you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before paying. Buying a portrait as a gift for someone else is fine; you are responsible for having their agreement to enter their birth details.
What you may do with your portrait
Your portrait is yours. Read it, keep it, print it, show it to anyone, post it, or use it in anything you make. Astral asks for no credit and places no restriction on it.
Two honest limits on what that means. Astral cannot promise the wording is unique to you: every portrait is generated individually from your own chart, but similar charts can produce similar sentences, and no claim is made that a phrase can never recur in someone else's reading. And the site itself — the software, the wording of these pages, the prompts, the name and the mark — stays Astral's.
Using Astral fairly
Almost everything is fine. These are the few things that are not:
- Do not try to obtain a portrait without paying for it, or to interfere with how payment is confirmed.
- Do not guess at, search for, or collect private reading links that are not yours. Someone else's link is someone else's reading.
- Do not automate purchases, or send Astral traffic intended to overload it rather than to buy a portrait.
- Do not present a portrait as something it is not — a professional assessment, a diagnosis, or a prediction — when passing it to someone else.
Astral may refuse or stop service if one of these is happening. If that leaves a portrait paid for and not delivered, the money is returned.
Your data
What Astral holds, what leaves the server and what does not are described on the privacy page.
You can ask for a copy of what is stored about you, or ask for it to be deleted, by messaging Astral.mn on Facebook or calling +976 9595 2001. There are no accounts here, so your private link is the only thing that connects you to a record — please have it ready, because without it Astral genuinely cannot tell which reading is yours. Deletion is done by hand, and it removes the reading and the order behind it. It cannot reach into the model providers' own systems; what they retain is governed by their terms, which the privacy page names.
Availability
There is no uptime commitment, and no support commitment beyond the ways of reaching us on this page. Astral keeps a nightly backup, but it is held on the same server, so a hardware failure could still lose a reading. If your portrait matters to you, keep your own copy of it.
What Astral is responsible for
Astral is responsible for delivering the portrait you paid for, or for putting it right if it cannot. That is the whole of what is promised.
A portrait is written for reflection. Astral is not responsible for decisions you make after reading one, for anything that follows from treating it as advice, or for losses that are not a direct result of Astral failing to deliver. Where Astral is responsible, that responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the portrait concerned.
None of this limits responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
How to reach us, and what happens then
Message Astral.mn on Facebook. That is the way we would rather you got in touch: it arrives in writing, it keeps its own record of what was said, and it does not depend on somebody being free to pick up. If you would rather speak to a person, or you are not on Facebook, call +976 9595 2001.
Please try one of those first. Astral is small enough that a person answers, and nearly everything — a portrait that has not arrived, a payment that went astray, a refund — is settled that way, individually. Give it a genuine chance before anything more formal.
If it cannot be settled between us, the courts of Mongolia may decide it.
Which law applies
The law of Mongolia governs these terms and any portrait bought under them.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change as Astral grows. A change applies to portraits bought after it is published — never backwards. The portrait you have already paid for keeps the terms that were on this page when you paid.
